3 Poems in The Alien Buddha Talks to Animals anthology

I got my copies of the new anthology, The Alien Buddha Talks to Animals, this week and as ever, the book looks great. It contains three of my poems — on animals! — and is a nice change of pace from similar recent anthologies that have published me the past couple of years in that rather than topics/genres like haiku, horror, surrealism and dadaism, etc., these are just basic, simple poems about topics as benign as squirrels, spiders, birds and dogs and it’s nice because not only does this remind me, and any readers, that I’ve always been diverse in my writing, but maybe readers will look for some of the other stuff I’m writing and lining up, including an upcoming satirical story in a humor magazine, some experimental pieces on politics and justice in May, and hopefully some new short creative nonfiction stories.

Meanwhile The Alien Buddha Talks to Animals is a fun 195-page anthology with great fiction and poetry, available on Amazon, so check it out and thanks for your continued interest and support. At this point, I’ve got more stuff I’m ready to write than time or energy to write it! Could be worse, eh? Cheers!
