I recently posted that I had material in a giant new anthology called The Alien Buddha Gets Isolated and Weird, which was released a few weeks ago. I’ve been really swamped and forget to post the following. Even though I know the “secrets” to getting #1 books and best sellers on Amazon, which is great PR, sounds good and feels good for a day or two, I also know it’s a bit of a gimmick — that, and the many series everyone produces with lots of white space, huge font sizes, few pages, etc. But that said, with all of the many dozens of books with which I’ve been involved or a part of, I think this one may be the first time I can technically say “It’s #1” (in something). And that’s kind of cool to say and I’ll take it, even if it won’t last that long. But who knows, right?
