Orpik’s OT goal leads Penguins to series win over Islanders

Even though the Pens were outshot 38-21, we found a way to win the game and win the series and it’s awesome. I’m so happy. Of course, now we have to go face a hot Ottawa team, but I’ll think about that tomorrow. Today I want to just think about making it out of the first round, of getting out of a really hard series and of coming through when it counted. This was only Orpik’s 12th goal in 9 seasons. What a remarkable story. Go Pens!
