An Emergency Surgery Status Update

2023 has been challenging and I've been offline for most of it. Many reasons, but I wanted to post this status update both to remind you I'm still around and to show you an example of why I've found myself occupied in other areas than computing this year. I had to have a serious emergency surgery a few weeks ago. Here's a brief semi-synopsis.
