Many thanks to petro, the great Dadakuku editor for indulging my decades-long rather simplistic obsession with toying around with the concept of binary code supplanting genetic code as defining humanity in so many ways. I actually put much more into these than one would realize as I don’t start and stop with a simple binary ASCII/UTF-8 translation. It’s actually stupidly complicated and sometimes I ask myself if it’s worth it but then it seems the very complication is an answer in itself, for whoever wants to take that somewhere.
So here is my piece, HUMANITY NEVER EXISTED. For what it’s worth, I removed one standard English language word and that eliminated 1,000 binary code characters. You’re welcome. Thanks for your indulgence as well as support and have a great weekend!
